The management of our setting
A parent management committee - whose members are elected by the parents of the children who attend the pre-school - manages the pre-school. The elections take place at our Annual General Meeting. The committee is responsible for:

Committee members are just like any other parent’s/carer’s; we all want the best for our children and we understand the value of enhancing the environment our children live and grow in, starting with their early years.
Would you like to make a difference to your child’s future?
Could you spare an hour or so once a month to attend meetings and help make decisions that would benefit your child or others! We need help with fund raising ideas and opportunities throughout the year. The more fund raising we do the more learning and development opportunities we can provide to the children. Without the required number of committee members, playgroup is not legally allowed to operate, so we are constantly on the lookout for new members.
What’s in it for you as a parent/carer?
It gives you opportunity to meet new people, make new friends and get involved in the beginning of your child’s early years development. It’s also the opportunity for you to have fun while raising funds for the setting.
How do I get involved?
Interested in joining us please speak to Debbie or Caroline or contact anyone already serving on the committee. Joining is subject to DBS clearance.
